ALTERNATIVE MEDITATION PROJECT

2019 is here!!! A big happy new year to you! I can’t believe where all the time goes sometimes 2018 is gone & we are already into another new year!
If there is one thing I wish is that we can all be better people to our selves & one another bringing about some peace & harmony in our life’s, to all those who we meet & to all those around us. For we do not have to know a lot of people, have a lot of friends or be massively sociable to create change…but if we start to generate a sense of peace within our selves then that will start to take a very real affect in our being & shine out changing the atmosphere & reaching those that need to be reached. In fact you would be surprised by the affects that this can have & who may come along your path when you start to practice this…So the next time you pop out, practice some mindful peaceful walking & know that sometimes playing your part in life is sometimes so small & simple that we often over look such things. Your significance in this world is just as valid as the next! Shine your light!!!

NEW ALBUM IN PROGRESS!!!
I am happy to say that I have started work on the next meditation chillout album, so far one track is completed & sketches & rough ideas are forming for the rest. So far the inspiration is flowing quite freely & its all very relaxing & reflective indeed. I feel that I should have it completed for you in the next few months, certainly in the first half of 2019 anyway. I haven’t got a date set on it yet but I look forward to keeping you updated with its progress so stay tuned for more news soon…

At this time of year we often find ourselves in much reflection, prayer & meditation, its often a good time to spread some easter love to people who maybe different to us in their views & beliefs & realise the love that resides deep down in all of our hearts that goes beyond the limitations of the mind. So as we move into this space of reflection just see what opens up for you & what new challenges may present themselves & send some of that love to those areas & you will find the Eternal Light shines back to you even brighter more beautiful ways.
I also find the ‘PRAYER OF ST FRANCIS’ a great aide in helping to deepen that spirit of Easter love so here it is for your reflection:

Very happy to say that work on the next meditation/chillout album is progressing nicely! I have decided to really take my time with this release as to make it something extra special for you & to have the oppurtunity to allow these songs to breathe, to grow with me & change in new exciting ways has been an interesting experience. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!!!
Well 2015 was an interesting year with much challenges & a lot of work in recording projects & moving everything forwards. I was happy to release the latest spiritual alternative Indie pop/rock cross over E.P. ‘SPARK’ by ‘Love Hope Clarity’ which was the follow up to ‘FROM THE ROSES OF MY HEART’.
‘Spark’ has once again been recieved very well from all that have heard it people remark on how they find it a very fresh, inspiring & varied collection of songs! I also made good progress on the next ‘The Soul Release Project’ meditation album which I almost completed but decided to put on hold as I didnt want it to get in the way with completing the ‘Spark’ project & it really is so much work & very tiring when your trying to juggle projects. I am also pleased to say that my first book of spiritual poetry is almost completed to! A long over due project of mine has been to get my writings out there to a wider audience, so over the year I found the courage to start the long process of writing up my work from over the years & compiling it into a nice collection that hopefully will be, inspiring, reflective, challenging & helping to enable the reader to open up to new areas of thought for deeper growth on to the spiritual path what ever that maybe. So much work yet to do before the new projects are completed but please stay up to date with it all & dont forget to check back here for all the latest news for whats sure to be an exciting year ahead!
